Nudgeo for Creators Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Nudgeo ("we", "us"), a company based in the Republic of Korea. They cover Nudgeo for Creators (the "App"): the app, the website at creators.nudgeo.com, and the public page you can publish there. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. What the App does
People ask AI tools questions about products. Brands want good, honest answers to those questions. In the App, you answer them from your own experience.
A paid offer asks you for an answer. An answer has two parts:
- A public answer page at creators.nudgeo.com/@yourhandle, written by you.
- A post on your own channel (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube) that links to that page.
You can also publish answers of your own, with no brand involved.
For every paid deal, we are the other party. We make an agreement with the brand, you make an agreement with us, and we pay you. The brand is not a party to your deal. We are not your employer, agent or manager.
The App is free for creators.
2. Who can use the App
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract.
- During the pilot, you must live in the United States.
- To connect Instagram, your account must be a creator or business account.
- Some brand categories (such as alcohol) are open only to creators 21 or older. To open them, you confirm that you are 21 or older. That confirmation must be true, and we or our payout provider may ask you to prove it.
- You may have one account. Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You can sign in with a code we email you, with Apple, or with Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Connecting your channels
- You connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube through that platform's own sign-in. Connect only accounts you own or control.
- We read your channel's profile (handle, name and follower count) and your posts (caption, link, date, and the address of the image or video still). We use them to find the topics you're known for, to match you with questions, and to check that a deal post went live.
- We keep a copy of what we read so the App loads quickly. We don't copy your videos. We read it again within 30 days, and we delete any copy we can't refresh.
- We never post, edit, comment or send messages from your accounts.
- You can disconnect a channel in the App at any time, as long as one channel stays connected while your account is open. When you disconnect, we delete our access right away and delete the copies from that channel within 7 days. You can also remove our access in the platform's own settings.
- You remain bound by each platform's terms. YouTube: the App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Two separate choices: your web page and brands
We ask you two different questions, and you can answer each one yes or no.
- Publish my page on the web. When your page is published, anyone can read it, including search engines and AI tools. It shows your photo, name, handle and channels, your About line and topics, the answers you publish, and your work on Nudgeo (deals done, on time, brands, and how long you usually use products). You can hide Topics or Work, and you can make the whole page private at any time in the App.
- Let brands see my profile. This shows brands your name, photo, handles and follower counts, the topics you turn on with a few of your public posts on each, and how many deals you've completed. You need this to get offers. Turn it off at any time, and brands stop seeing your profile and offers stop.
Brands never see your minimum amount, formats, excluded categories, earnings, email, or topics you turned off. Brands may not download, reuse or repost what they see on Nudgeo, except as a deal's usage rights allow (section 9).
5. Your answers
- You write each answer from your own experience. The App asks you three questions (what you used it for, what changed, and what you didn't like), how long you used the product, and for up to four photos.
- Draft my answer. If you ask, an AI model turns your own notes into a first draft. It is told to use only what your notes say and to keep the downsides you wrote. It can still get things wrong. Read the draft, fix it, and publish only words that are true for you. You're responsible for every answer you publish.
- How long you used the product shows on the page as self-reported.
- Your own answers (no brand) are yours to publish, unpublish or delete at any time.
- Brand answers go public on the day you send us your post link. From that day, for the usage days shown in the offer, the answer is locked. An edit you send goes to our team, and we publish it after we check it. To take the answer down during that time, contact support. After the usage days end, you can unpublish it like your own answers. You can't delete a brand answer, because it is part of the deal's record.
- A brand answer always shows a "Paid partnership with" line naming the brand. Don't try to hide or remove it.
- Making your whole page private also hides your brand answers. While a brand answer is locked, keep your page public. If you need to hide it, contact support first.
- Add only photos you took or have the right to use. Photos on a published answer are public. A photo file can hold hidden details, such as where it was taken, so remove anything you don't want to share before you add it.
- During the pilot, you can't change your page handle yourself. Contact support if you need to.
6. Your page, search engines and AI tools
- Your published page and answers are meant to be read by search engines and AI tools. They may show, quote, summarize or link to them.
- We ask crawlers that collect pages only to train AI models not to read creators.nudgeo.com (today: OpenAI's GPTBot, Anthropic's ClaudeBot and Apple's Applebot-Extended). We don't block crawlers that power search and AI answers. Some companies use one setting for both answers and training (for example Google), so a public page may still be used to train AI models.
- Once something is public, others may keep copies. When you unpublish or delete an answer, we take it off our site, but we can't remove copies that search engines, AI tools or other people already made.
7. Offers
- You set a minimum amount per offer. It can't be lower than $50.
- Each offer arrives with its amount already set. That amount is what we pay you for the deal. We don't take a cut from it. What the brand pays us is a separate price that you don't see.
- Each offer shows the question, the brand, the format and channel, when to reply, when to post, the usage rights, the pay, and any AI citation bonus. Read them before you accept.
- You can accept or decline. If you decline, we never send your reason to the brand. An offer you don't answer by its reply date closes.
- When you accept, you make a deal with us on the terms shown in the offer. The channel the offer is for must be connected.
8. Deals
- Draft. Make the video and the answer in your own words. Use the product as the brief asks. Send both through the App by the draft due date. A late draft may still be accepted.
- Review. The brand reviews your draft within the time shown in the deal. Up to two rounds of changes are included in the price. A change request can be about the video, the answer, or both. If it asks only about the answer, we send the brand your last video again with your new answer.
- Post. After the brand approves, post the approved version on the agreed channel by the post-by date. Put your answer link in the caption, and send us the post link. Your answer goes public at the same time.
- Check. We check that your post is public, that it's the approved version, that it says it's an ad and has the platform's label on, and that it links to your answer. If something is missing, we tell you what to fix and give you a fix-by date.
- Cancelling before approval. Until the brand approves your draft, you can cancel the deal in the App, and the brand can cancel it through us. No money is owed for a deal cancelled before approval.
- After approval. The brand can't cancel because it changed its mind. The deal goes on, and once your post passes our check, you're paid. After approval, we cancel a deal only if you miss the post-by date or the fix-by date. A cancelled deal pays nothing and earns no bonus.
- Your answer after a cancel. When a deal is cancelled, its answer becomes your own. It is unpublished, and the brand name and the lock are removed. You keep your words, notes and photos, and you can publish it later as your own answer.
- Once a deal's money is in your balance, the deal can't be cancelled. If there's a problem, contact support.
- Keep your deal post up and public during the usage days shown in the offer.
9. Say it's an ad, and say only what's true
Every post and answer you make for a deal is a paid endorsement. U.S. law, including the FTC's rules on endorsements, applies to it.
- You must have actually used the product before you post. Say only what you really think and what really happened to you. Don't describe experience you don't have.
- Don't make claims about a product that need proof you don't have, such as health or money results.
- In your post, say it's an ad clearly and early: "#ad" or "Paid partnership with" and the brand's name, near the start of the caption, not mixed into a group of hashtags. In a video, also say it out loud and show it on screen.
- Also turn on the platform's label: Paid partnership on Instagram, Content disclosure on TikTok, or Paid promotion on YouTube. The label alone is not enough.
- Your answer page shows the paid partnership line for you. Don't add anything that contradicts it.
- We check deal posts. If a post or answer breaks these rules, we can ask you to fix it, hold the deal's payment until it's fixed, or cancel the deal under section 8.
10. Who owns what, and usage rights
- You own what you make: your answers, photos, posts and videos.
- You give us permission to host, show and share your page and answers, including making them available to search engines and AI tools, while they're published. You also let us keep copies as records of your deals.
- For each deal, you give the brand, through us, the usage rights shown in that offer, for the number of days shown, starting the day your answer goes public, and nothing more. If the offer allows paid ads, the brand may use the deal content in its ads during that time. If a brand wants more, it needs a new agreement through the App.
- You promise that you have the rights to everything in what you send us, including music, photos, and people who appear in it.
11. The AI citation bonus
Some offers include an AI citation bonus. It's a reward we pay. It isn't a promise that any AI tool will cite you, and it doesn't mean your answer caused anything.
- The offer shows the bonus amount, the questions, the AI tools, and how long the bonus window lasts. They're fixed when the offer is sent.
- The window starts on the day your answer goes public. It lasts at least 90 days.
- During the window, we check each week. We ask each question word for word, from the United States, without signing in.
- You earn the bonus if one of the named AI tools, answering one of the named questions, lists the exact address of your answer page or of your deal post among its sources. Naming you or the brand without that link doesn't count. The page or post must be public when we see it.
- The bonus is paid once per deal, and only for a deal whose post passed our check. A cancelled deal earns no bonus.
- If one of the AI tools stops being available to us, we keep checking with the others.
- Only our records count. We keep a copy of each answer we see. If you think we missed one, contact support.
- We pay the bonus ourselves. It is on hold for 7 days after we see the citation, then it becomes available like any other money.
12. Getting paid
- When your post passes our check, the deal's amount goes into your balance. It is on hold for 7 days, then it becomes available.
- You withdraw your whole available balance at once, when it reaches the minimum shown in the App. Before you confirm, the App shows any fee and the amount you'll receive. The minimum and the fee may change, but a change never affects a withdrawal you've already confirmed.
- The first time you withdraw, you set up a payout account and a tax form with our payout provider, [payout provider], and their terms also apply. If you opened 21+ categories, we also check your 21+ confirmation before we pay.
- Amounts are in U.S. dollars. Your bank may charge its own fees.
- If a payout is returned, the money goes back to your available balance.
- If we have a good reason to think a deal involved fraud, such as a faked post, we may keep that deal's money on hold past its 7 days while we look into it. The App shows it as under review. We can do this only while the money is still on hold, never after it becomes available.
13. Taxes and independent status
You work as an independent creator, not as our employee. You're responsible for your own taxes. We or our payout provider may ask for tax information and may report payments as the law requires.
14. Brands you bring
- You can make a booking link in the App for one channel and one amount (at least $50). A brand that books you through your link pays us, and you get the amount you set.
- Your page also has a Book button. A brand request that comes through the Book button without your link is handled like an offer we found for you.
- Our team follows up with every brand request, sets up the deal, and handles the brand's payment.
15. Brands we introduce you to
- This section applies only to a brand you first met through an offer we sent you.
- For [duration] after that offer, don't make a paid deal with that brand outside the App for the kind of work the App offers. If you do, you agree to pay us a conversion fee of [fee].
- This section doesn't apply to a brand you already worked with before we introduced you, or to a brand that came to you through your booking link.
- Work you arrange with a brand outside the App isn't recorded on your profile, isn't paid through the App, and isn't covered by our support.
16. Deleting your account, and suspension
- You can delete your account in the App (Me, then Settings, then Delete account). Before you confirm, the App shows what you'll lose. If you have money you can withdraw, the App asks you to withdraw it first. Money still on hold, or under the withdrawal minimum, is sent to your payout account in a last payout, with no minimum, and deletion waits until it arrives. If you haven't set up a payout account by the deletion day, we can't send it.
- Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. If you sign in during that time, the request is cancelled. If a deal the brand already approved is still open, or a payout is on its way, deletion waits until it's done.
- When you ask, we disconnect all your channels right away and delete the copies from them within 7 days. If you sign in to cancel, connect your channels again.
- On the deletion day, we decline your open offers, cancel deals the brand hasn't approved yet (and tell the brands), take your page and answers off the web, and delete your sign-in. We email you when it's done.
- We keep records of offers, deals and payments for 7 years, as Korean tax law requires, without your name or email.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, fakes posts or stats, or harms brands, other creators or the people who read your answers. We'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
17. What you must not do
Don't buy followers or engagement, post content you didn't make, impersonate anyone, break a platform's rules, or use the App to spam or harass. Don't try to reach data or accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with how the App works. To report a page that breaks these rules, use "Report this page" at the bottom of any public page, or email creators@nudgeo.com. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
18. Our responsibility
We provide the App as it is. We don't promise any number of offers, any amount of earnings, or that any AI tool will cite you. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what we paid or owe you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll tell you at least 7 days before a change takes effect, or 30 days before a change that's worse for you. A change never applies to an offer you already accepted. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
20. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you have a dispute with us, email legal@nudgeo.com first, and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring the claim in your local courts.
